1 in stock - Almost gone!

A sea monster, "a huge thing", having been reported by several ships around the world, an expedition is organized on the Abraham Lincoln, an American frigate, to purge the seas of this disturbing monster. On board were Frenchman Pierre Aronnax, a professor at the Paris Museum, and Conseil, his faithful servant.
Once in sight of the monster, two huge waterspouts pour over the frigate's deck, hurling Aronnax, Conseil and Canadian harpooner Ned Land onto the monster's back... which turns out to be a fabulous submarine, the Nautilus, designed and commanded by a strange character, Captain Nemo, who seems fiercely hostile to all mankind!
Condemned never to see their homeland, their parents or their friends again, the most extraordinary adventure begins for the three men...
The sea was a passion for Jules Verne; it is the heroine of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, one of his best and most famous novels.

FAQ

Here are the answers to the most common questions I get asked, please review them and reach out to me if you need more info on something, I love to help you pick the right book, just for you!

Are the books New?

Yes, all the books that I sell during my bookfairs or online on my e-boutique are brand new.. You will be the very first to flip all the pages and enjoy the feeling of holding your own book in your hand.

What defines the prices of the books?

As a passionate small business owner, my goal is to offer a high level of quality imported from France at the best price. I understand that some people may be surprised by the difference of price between French and American books. In France, books are more expensive as authors and illustrators get larger copyright compensations. Also, imports cost quite a bit if you take into account the price of transport as well as the weight of what is being transported. I appreciate your constant support, when you choose sustainable small businesses over large corporations.

Do you have a shop?

My main way of meeting you is book fairs, festivals and private sales. Ordering online through my e-boutique is the best way to support French Authors and Small Minority Owned business like mine. I also have a physical location present in Orange County accessible via appointment only. Please contact me through text to get more information!
