All orders are shipped using USPS with a flat shipping fee of 3.00$ per book which will appear in your cart at check out. This flat fee to Clotilde French Bookstore includes packaging and shipping cost. For any order above 97$, shipping is free.
Your order will ship within 48 hours . You can expect to receive it within 2 to 8 business days . We only ship in the continental US
Please make sure all of your personal information entered is correct as Clotilde French Bookstore will not be held liable for lost or misplaced packages and/or any extra shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY

Do You Ship Worldwide?
No, we don't, we only ship to the United States of America.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days. Larger orders are dispatched within 3 days through USPS.
There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive—just trying to do our bit for the environment.
I'm covering the shipping costs as much as possible, but I charge a flat fee of $3.00 and I offer FREE shipping for orders above $97.
My Order Has Not Arrived. What Do I Do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts. But you can always check on your confirmation email, the tracking number is an easy link to click to.
When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order. This one will contain your tracking number.
Can I Collect My Order?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a Pickup option anymore.
