Timoté discovers the Musée d'Orsay!
Today, Timoté and his family are off to visit the Musée d'Orsay. As soon as they arrive in front of the museum, a huge rhinoceros sculpture impresses the little gang! In the main hall, they discover the big clock of what was once a railway station, explains Papi!
During their visit, they admire Millet's “Des Glaneuses” and marvel at Vincent Van Gogh's “La Nuit étoilée” and a young flute player, Edouard Manet's “Le Fifre”. They are moved by Berthe Morisot's “Le Berceau” (The Cradle). In front of Edgar Degas' bronze “Petite danseuse”, the children are stunned! How beautiful! All the children wonder at the strange birds in Claude Monet's “Turkeys”. They also admire Paul Cézanne's “Apples and Oranges” and Auguste Renoir's “Dances”.
The merry party ends this fantastic visit with a snack in the museum restaurant and a quick trip to the bookshop!

Aujourd'hui, Timoté va, en famille et avec ses copains, visiter le Musée d'Orsay. Dès leur arrivée devant le musée, une énorme sculpture de rhinocéros impressionne la petite bande ! Dans le grand hall, ils découvrent la grosse horloge de ce qui était autrefois une gare, explique Papi !
Au fil de leur visite, ils admirent " Des Glaneuses " de Millet et découvrent émerveillés " La Nuit étoilée " de Vincent Van Gogh et un jeune joueur de flûte, " Le Fifre " d'Edouard Manet. Ils s'attendrissent devant " Le Berceau " de Berthe Morisot. Devant la " Petite danseuse " en bronze d'Edgar Degas, les enfants sont stupéfaits ! Que c'est beau ! Tous les enfants s'interrogent devant ces drôles de volatiles que sont " Les Dindons " de Claude Monet. Ils admirent aussi les " Pommes et oranges " de Paul Cézanne et les " Danses " d'Auguste Renoir.
La joyeuse troupe termine cette fantastique visite par un goûter au restaurant du musée et un petit tour à la librairie !
