“A bee is so tiny, so tiny—it shouldn't have to die just because the soil is drying up; a bee shouldn't have to die. It's like a sick child, or a mother who no longer recognizes her son—things like that shouldn't exist.” Anir is ten years old. He loves the eagles circling high near the clouds and the stories his grandfather tells him, especially those about the oldest apiary in the world. Under the crushing heat of southern Morocco, the young boy will learn to care for bees and to love this red, arid land, which grows ever more silent. He has no idea that, behind his village’s legends and his mother’s haunting lullaby, lies a heavy family secret...
Anir a dix ans.

FAQ
Here are the answers to the most common questions I get asked, please review them and reach out to me if you need more info on something, I love to help you pick the right book, just for you!
Are the books New?
Yes, all the books that I sell during my bookfairs or online on my e-boutique are brand new.. You will be the very first to flip all the pages and enjoy the feeling of holding your own book in your hand.
What defines the prices of the books?
As a passionate small business owner, my goal is to offer a high level of quality imported from France at the best price. I understand that some people may be surprised by the difference of price between French and American books. In France, books are more expensive as authors and illustrators get larger copyright compensations. Also, imports cost quite a bit if you take into account the price of transport as well as the weight of what is being transported. I appreciate your constant support, when you choose sustainable small businesses over large corporations.
Do you have a shop?
My main way of meeting you is book fairs, festivals and private sales. Ordering online through my e-boutique is the best way to support French Authors and Small Minority Owned business like mine. I also have a physical location present in Orange County accessible via appointment only. Please contact me through text to get more information!
