Isabelle is 32 years old, has a miniature Chihuahua named Woody Allen, and an acting career comparable to that of the Titanic: catastrophic. The day she refuses to marry the man she loves, on the pretext that she doesn't want children, she finds herself out on the street. She then accepts the only role she is offered: to pose as the irreproachable nanny of little Nicolas, who hasn't spoken a word since his mother's death, in order to infiltrate his family and carry out a strange mission. She leaves for Italy, to the family's vacation home, never imagining how much her encounter with this little boy, wounded by life, will change her view of the world.
