The touching story of two stray cats who stand together in hardship. Our two street cats, Hachi and Maruru, have been placed under the care of the very shady human Yasuo... And while the formerly domesticated Maruru seems to have settled in quickly, the same cannot be said for the fierce and rebellious Hachi, who has always lived on the streets and finds it very hard to get along with his host! Fortunately, their "big sister" Écaille has joined them too, and her presence helps him to accept his new life better. But one morning, Yasuo carries Hachi away and a terrible scream is heard... Et si Maruru, anciennement domestiqué, semble vite s'y être habitué, il n'en va pas de même pour le farouche et rebelle Hachi, qui a toujours vécu dans la rue et a beaucoup de mal à sympathiser avec son hôte ! Heureusement, leur "grande soeur" Écaille les a rejoints aussi et sa présence l'aide beaucoup à mieux accepter sa nouvelle vie.
