Cocotte is an adorable and playful hen: every day, she finds a new spot to lay an egg! The little boy loves searching for this treasure as soon as he gets home from school. One day, just as she’s about to lay an egg in a cozy basket out of sight, it flies away—and for good reason… it’s a hot-air balloon! Cocotte is then swept up in a thrilling journey between the sky and the sea, during which she’ll cross paths with many other animals. Will she manage to find her faithful friend?

Are the books New?

Yes, all the books that I sell during my bookfairs or online on my e-boutique are brand new.. You will be the very first to flip all the pages and enjoy the feeling of holding your own book in your hand.

What defines the prices of the books?

As a passionate small business owner, my goal is to offer a high level of quality imported from France at the best price. I understand that some people may be surprised by the difference of price between French and American books. In France, books are more expensive as authors and illustrators get larger copyright compensations. Also, imports cost quite a bit if you take into account the price of transport as well as the weight of what is being transported. I appreciate your constant support, when you choose sustainable small businesses over large corporations.

Do you have a shop?

My main way of meeting you is book fairs, festivals and private sales. Ordering online through my e-boutique is the best way to support French Authors and Small Minority Owned business like mine.
